Missed Module Retake

Any missed module must be retaken in order to be eligible for the final exam. Our retake sessions are available online (remote) in French and offered during both daytime and evening hours to fit your schedule.

Exam Retake

Did you fail your final exam? You have up to three attempts to pass it.

• First retake: Quick re-registration with no obligation to retake the courses.
• Second retake: Another attempt with the option to review modules.
• Third retake: Final attempt before mandatory full retraining.

If you fail the exam three times, you will need to retake the full 54-hour training before being allowed to register for the exam again.
