  • Summary offenses: Approximately 6 months after the application is accepted.
  • Indictable offenses: Approximately 12 months after the application is accepted.
The fees include:
  • Processing fee by the Parole Board of Canada: $644.88.
  • Fingerprinting fee: Approximately $25.
  • Local police service fee: Between $0 and $80.
  • Our service fee for handling your application: $995.
