Available Retake Options

Missed Module Retake

Any missed module must be retaken in order to be eligible for the final exam. Our retake sessions are available online (remote) in French and offered during both daytime and evening hours to fit your schedule.

Exam Retake

Students are allowed a total of three attempts to pass the certification exam, including the initial attempt at the end of their training cohort. In case of failure:

1st retake: Quick re-enrollment without the need to retake the training.
2nd retake: Final attempt before being required to retake the full 54-hour training course.

Please note: No review sessions are offered before retaking the exam. Candidates must log back into the platform, review the exam rules, test their connection, and begin the exam immediately.
