Why Apply for a
U.S. Entry Waiver?

Certain offenses listed on your criminal record may result in denial of entry into the United States by border authorities (U.S. Customs and Border Protection). A U.S. Entry Waiver is an official document issued by the United States that allows you to:
  • Legally travel to the United States: Whether for vacations, business, or transit.
  • Work or study in the United States: Access opportunities without legal restrictions.
  • Avoid embarrassing border refusals: A waiver protects you from unexpected denials.
  • Free Assessment: Contact us to check if you are eligible for a U.S. Entry Waiver.

    • A copy of your criminal record.
    • Proof of rehabilitation (if applicable).
